Somizi, like the rest of the country, is loving Gee Six Five. The media personality took to Instagram to jam to the 65-year-old's hit song and request a collaboration.

Somizi was having a quiet and relaxed moment at home when he decided to jam the track. He told his followers that he was bored and wanted to pretend lie he was a DJ on a radio station.

He played the hit track and happily sang along to it. Somz also requested a collab with the elderly woman. Hopefully she receives his request.

new sensational artist Gee Six Five has topped the digital charts after releasing her single "Obani Lababantu", meaning "Who are these people?" Her real name is Olpha Selepe and she has been trending on social media ever since she dropped her song last week.

She is now having the last laugh as she topped the charts. Others were mocking the 65-year-old woman but she's clearly doing really well since people are actually downloading her tune.

According to Twitter user @SbuMpungose, Gee Six Five is her aunt and she got her Master's degree at the age of 60. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate. Her family was divided over her dropping a tune at her age but she wanted to prove that you can follow your dreams no matter how old you are.

Last week, Gee Six Five posted a video of herself recording the jam in the studio and she began trending. In the video, she is speaking isiZulu but she says that she is about to drop a sizzling single and she really thinks that South Africans are going to enjoy it.

She was not wrong as thousands of South Africans shared her song on social media.
